I love this!

You sound like such an inspiration I just must subscribe :-)

A play on words could be 'Refiring' or 'Rewiring'

I'm 67 next month and easing into this new phase by cutting back on my day job. But far from retiring from life.

I look forward to reading more of your works.

Hi Sal, yes, people talk about rewirement and refirement but I don't think they are catching on. Spoke with a large research org on this topic and they still have to use the word retirement

Indeed. I'm working on a proposal for my next book - more details will follow once I've signed the contract but it to cover working with people aged 50 - 70+. Asking someone aged 50 about later life, they know what is meant by retirement think they will give me a quizzing look with a more esoteric term. It may well change over the coming years,

Congrats on the contract 👏👏

I think it is slowly changing with many now finishing their careers to make more time for what they love doing.

I feel perhaps the working from home has changed the view a little. We are still useful and a part of society without having to actually be physically going out to work.

Of course your path is an intersting one. I had the very simple idea that it is good to work the last day of our life. It is a pleasure to work, if we work with pleasure. I a not going to say it is a reality for everybody. But nowadays, we have very Big populations who are more than hundred years old. We can see how some of them represent a very Big human capital. They have value, first of all for themselves, and sometimes for others.
